Retningslinjer for angrerett

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to return it.

How to return: Contact us at contact@babivo.no within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you through the entire return process. The bag must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

Refund: Once we have received and approved your return, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days. The money will be returned to the original payment method.

Defective or incorrect products: If your product is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@babivo.no and we will resolve it as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
