Babivo offers physical consumer products for sale through its online store. All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, limit quantities, or correct errors in pricing or product descriptions. Product images may differ slightly from the actual product received.

All prices are displayed in Swedish Krone (SEK) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods shown at checkout, including Vipps and card payments. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. An order is considered accepted once it has been processed and dispatched.

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times are between 10 and 21 business days. Delivery times may vary due to logistics, customs, carrier delays, or periods of high demand. Tracking information will be provided when available. Babivo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Approved returns are subject to a handling and processing fee of 75 NOK, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photo or video evidence. In approved cases, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, opened, damaged due to misuse, or for return requests made after the 14-day return period.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Babivo or its licensors and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Babivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
