Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is confirmed. Once processing is complete, the order is forwarded for shipping.

Delivery Time
Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse.

Estimated delivery time:
8 to 15 business days

During periods of high demand, holidays, or unforeseen events, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as it becomes available. Tracking information may take a few days to become active in the system.

Customs and VAT
For some orders delivered, value-added tax (VAT) or handling fees may apply in some cases, in accordance with applicable regulations. Such fees are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.

Holidays or other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct when placing an order. We cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is provided.

Missing or Damaged Delivery
If your package is damaged upon arrival, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you further.
